Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the quality team in our Brookfield, WI manufacturing facility. You will oversee floor quality, enforce policies, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement projects in collaboration with operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in production, plus knowledge of SPC, root cause analysis, and auditing. Strong communication and planning skills are essential for success in a fast-paced workforce.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a production environment preferred.
• Experience in machine shop, stamping, assembly, or plastic injection molding is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality systems and techniques.
• Strong problem solving and familiarity with basic quality tools (SPC, Root Cause, Auditing).
• Ability to understand and use work planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the quality team to monitor floor quality, processes and documentation.
• Train and mentor team members on work instructions, production standards and documentation; ensure balanced workflow and issue resolution.
• Perform supervisory and HR functions (work assignments, attendance, performance evaluations/counseling).
• Assist in production scheduling/planning, material flow, and equipment maintenance as it pertains to quality.
• Monitor quality audits, safety reports, documentation and processes to determine causes and ensure corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the quality and plant teams.
• Assign work and projects to develop staff and flexibility.
• Requisition resources and expedite as required.
