Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality Leadership professional to drive the plant's quality management systems, lead cross-functional teams and suppliers, and mentor engineers and technicians. You will plan audits, manage corrective actions, and guide training on quality tools such as SPC, DOE, and ISO practices, with a focus on real-time data analytics and cost of quality.

Strong leadership, manufacturing QA experience, and a BS in Engineering are required; experience in metal fabrication/forging

Qualifications

• Requires a BS Degree in Engineering and specialized training in Quality Assurance
• 5–7 years of manufacturing quality experience, with strong leadership
• Knowledge of ISO methodologies and Lean practices (Cost of Quality, VOC)
• Strong leadership and management skills, able to motivate and develop teams
• Proficiency in real-time data analytics and quality tool application (SQC, DOE, SPC)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality management systems at the plant.
• Coordinate internal and supplier quality improvements and audits.
• Educate and train others on quality principles and tools.
• Administer budgeting for the Quality department and oversee personnel performance.
• Develop and implement corrective actions and nonconforming product controls.
• Plan and lead quality review meetings with plant leadership.
• Manage lab/testing functions and metrology activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve process capability.
