Job summary

You will lead CAPA activities, coach teams, monitor KPIs, support supplier quality, and drive Kaizen improvements while maintaining safe work practices and thorough documentation.

This full-time onsite position requires 3–5 years of manufacturing quality leadership and familiarity with ERP (Oracle preferred).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, SPC, and root cause tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Quality Technicians and quality inspectors.
• Lead NCMR process, root cause analysis (5 whys, BD), and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Provide Supplier Quality Support: Coordinate with SQE, initiate SCARs, and track supplier performance.
• Monitor KPIs, compliant, scrap, and rebraze rates across all value streams and appropriately react to negative trends.
• Ensure compliance to drawing specs and support capability studies (Cp, Cpk).
• Support ISO 9001 audits and maintain proper documentation.
• Lead Kaizen events and drive process improvements.
• Provide training and performance feedback.
• Ensure accountability and communication across teams.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to employees regarding safe work practices.
