Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Cookeville, Tennessee. You will lead the quality team on the shop floor, ensuring product and process quality align with our QMS and ISO 9001 standards. This exempt, full-time role blends on-site floor work with office collaboration.

You will drive inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions while partnering with Production, Engineering, and HR to maintain a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems such as ISO 9001.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and drive corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001.
• Oversee daily quality activities on the production floor and supervise the quality team.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances and drive root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and HR for audits and training.
• Track key quality metrics and report to the Quality Manager.
• Support hiring and performance management for the quality team.
