Victaulic in Cookeville, Tennessee is seeking a Production Manager for Couplings and Welded Systems. You will own daily production execution, drive throughput and quality, and lead cross‑functional teams across two shifts to meet schedule and KPI targets.

The role emphasizes hands‑on floor leadership, relentless problem solving, and collaboration with Planning, Engineering, QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to sustain continuous improvement across PreFabrication operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication operations.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience, including multi‑shift environments.
• Strong knowledge of material handling, cutting, and grooving processes.

Responsibilities

• Own daily production execution for PreFabrication and material handling in Couplings and Welded Systems.
• Maintain throughput, quality, and schedule adherence across shifts.
• Lead KPI ownership and drive corrective actions with Supervisors and hourly staff.
• Partner with Planning, Eng., QA, Maintenance and Supply Chain to improve flow and resolve defects.
• Lead daily huddles and one‑on‑ones focused on performance and development.
