Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the Connecticut Assembly & Flight Operations (CAFO) Paint Shop. You will supervise hourly associates, ensure paint inspection criteria are met, and lead improvements to quality processes in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Reporting to the CAFO Quality Manager, you will drive metrics, coordinate with Local 1150, and help achieve Lockheed Martin, RMS, and Sikorsky objectives while promoting safety and quality across production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited University or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO-9001, and MIL-STD-1913/1917 quality system requirements
• Demonstrated use of data-driven decision making
• Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings

Responsibilities

• Lead quality supervision of paint shop hourly associates.
• Identify process improvements in the paint shop including standard work and metrics.
• Promote continuous improvement and ensure quality standards are implemented and adhered to.
• Manage grievance escalation and relationships with Local 1150.
