Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Archbald, PA seeks a Multifunctional Quality Supervisor - Fabrication to lead the fabrication inspection group and ensure compliance with quality standards and contract requirements. You will recruit, train, assess performance, and allocate resources to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience, 3 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with SAP/Apriso or equivalent ERP or MRP systems.
• Must be able to read blueprint, work instructions and interpret engineering drawing.
• Experience working successfully in a team environment and/or interacting with Customers/DCMA.
• Must be able to support a flexible work schedule supporting overtime, off- Fridays, weekends, and/or alternate shifts to support product schedules as required.
• Must be able to pass visual acuity and color perception exam.
• Must be able to obtain a Government Secret security clearance.
• US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fabrication inspection group and oversee daily quality activities.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, performance assessment, and employee recognition.
• Ensure implementation of quality requirements, metrics programs, and risk- opportunity management.
• Maintain cost commitments, financial responsibilities, and product acceptance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of the quality management system within the area of responsibility.
