Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Stratford, CT is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the H-60/CH-53K Helicopter Programs. You will oversee hourly inspection staff, drive adherence to the quality management system, and report to the CAFO Quality Manager within the RMS Sikorsky line.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Familiarity with AS9100, ISO-9001, and MIL-STD-1913/1917 quality requirements.
Ability to develop, schedule, and deliver training for hourly associates.
Ability to manage cost and schedule in a Manufacturing enviroment.
Leadership experience in a quality/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Lead collaboration with DCMA for contract SOW compliance to the QMS and corrective actions.
Manage grievance escalation and maintain relations with Local 1150.
Oversee training scheduling for hourly associates and maintain workforce KPIs.
Drive metrics on hourly labor hours and quality performance.
Support achievement of Lockheed Martin, RMS, and Sikorsky objectives.
