Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
• 3-8 years of quality-engineering experience in space, aerospace, defense, or high-reliability industry
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 / AS9100, MIL-STD-1916, or similar standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and configuration-management data

Responsibilities

• Apply quality principles across design, materials, production control, product evaluation, and program performance
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers on quality issues
• Engage in product failure investigations and corrective/preventive actions
• Develop strategies to improve internal and supplier performance and productivity
• Evaluate quality systems for deficiency identification and correction
• Design and analyze inspection and testing processes and equipment
• Engage in supplier selection and maintain certification programs
