Trane Supply is seeking a Plant Quality Inspector supervisor to lead and mentor the inspection team on the production floor. You will plan daily schedules, ensure coverage for all production areas, and drive adherence to inspection plans and quality alerts.

You will coach inspectors, conduct performance reviews, and support corrective actions, while coordinating training and cross-training to improve flexibility and quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing QA
• Strong knowledge of inspection planning and measurement methods
• Experience mentoring inspectors and leading shift handoffs
