Trane Technologies in Minnesota is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee the 2nd shift, coordinate daily operations, and drive on-time, cost-effective performance. You will lead safety, quality, and productivity initiatives while promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include reviewing shipping schedules, balancing workloads, coaching staff, and implementing lean process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred with 3+ years of warehouse or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Oracle and/or Dematic software preferred.
• Lean principles and techniques experience preferred; union labor relations experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises Distribution Center team to achieve goals with regard to quality, cost and time.
• Reviews daily and weekly shipping schedules and production capabilities to ensure deadlines are met.
• Develops and implements continual process improvement projects.
• Promotes and supports team member engagement concepts and effective communication.
• Inspects and monitors Distribution Center quality and equipment; ensures safety procedures are applied.

Educación
