Job summary

LHH is supporting the recruitment of a tenured client in Trumbull, CT for a Quality Supervisor who will manage quality manufacturing efforts on the shop floor, focusing on root cause analysis, internal audits, and continuous process improvements.

The successful candidate will drive corrective actions, create instruction documents, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Procurement to resolve issues and optimize output for customer orders using the ERP system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quality support across site manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP, root cause analysis, and audits.
• Self-motivated with desire to grow and advance with the company.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the specs and standards for the designs and manufacturing processes - aligned of compliance/legality/qualifications of client and industry
• Performing corrective actions and creating instruction documentation
• Conducting audits and root cause analysis

The ideal candidate is a person who is able to manage quality manufacturing efforts on the shop floor supporting root cause analysis, internal audits, and create continuous process improvements. They need someone who is proactive, approachable, and supportive.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in Quality support across site manufacturing operations
• True manufacturing industry experience - shop floor experience, ERP experience, and root cause analysis experience
• Self motivated and desire to growth and advance themselves AND the company together; the opposite of complacent
