Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of quality assurance, quality control, or process control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with 8D problem solving and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead, train, supervise, and evaluate small teams.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, with the ability to learn proprietary software systems.
• Ability to accurately convert decimals to fractions, fractions to decimals, and metric to imperial measurements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams including engineering, production, customer service, and sales.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions while ensuring QBMS compliance.
• Lead and support the Quality Control team in daily activities and inspections.
• Communicate quality risks and CAPA opportunities to management and teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support training and quality improvement initiatives.
• Review customer deliverables for completeness and accuracy (FAIRs, CARs).
• Perform product and process inspections using measuring tools and visual checks.
• Utilize software and MS Office to collect, analyze, and report quality metrics.
• Maintain effectiveness and sustainability of the QBMS.
