Sika in Lyndhurst, NJ, is seeking a Quality Lab Supervisor to oversee daily QC lab operations, testing, auditing, and inspection activities. The role drives product quality improvements through prevention and data-driven actions.
You will train and supervise Quality Control Technicians, maintain QMS records, and collaborate with production to address quality issues. A BS/advanced degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering plus 3 years of supervisory experience are required.

To oversee the daily operations of the Quality Lab including all quality testing, auditing, and inspection activities. As an integral part of the Quality team, this position will be challenged to assure and improve product quality through prevention.
Annual Salary Range: $85,000-$97,000 based on experience, and qualifications of the applicant.
