Job summary

Roskam Foods seeks a detail-oriented professional to manage documentation, certifications, and audit support across our multi-site manufacturing network in Michigan. You will collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product setup aligns with standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include document control, data analysis, and coordinating internal/external audits while supporting SQF, Kosher, RSPO, and Organic program maintenance.

Qualifications

• Maintain strict document control and record-keeping per policy.
• Support SQF, Kosher, RSPO and Organic certification efforts.
• Perform data analysis and develop corrective actions with teams.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on findings.
• Communicate clearly with production, quality, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of documentation with quality policy and SQF elements.
• Develop connection with departments involved in initial product setup.
• Support maintenance of SQF certification and other standards.
• Document control and data analysis.
• Provide training, scheduling, supervision and review as needed.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for services and calibration.
