Job summary

Roskam Foods seeks a documentation professional to ensure quality policy alignment and maintain SQF, Kosher, RSPO, and Organic certifications. You will engage with multiple departments during product setup and monitor plant-floor activities.

The role requires strong documentation abilities, detail orientation, and clear verbal and written communication within a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of industry experience in documentation.
• Working knowledge of quality systems to ensure food safety and quality.
• Strong interpersonal skills to include team building and oral communication.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Experience in working in quality systems documentation within the food manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of documentation with quality policy and SQF elements.
• Develop a strong connection with departments involved in the initial product setup.
• Develop a strong knowledge of plant floor activities.
• Support the maintenance of SQF certification.
• Support the maintenance of Kosher, RSPO, and Organic certification.
• Document control.
• Equipment calibration/verification.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Good verbal and written skills.
