Job summary

SubCom is seeking a Quality Specialist II (Repeater Tester) to conduct electro-optical tests on repeaters and sub-assemblies in a clean room environment, adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple software applications.

You will interact with manufacturing and quality teams, generate incident reports for non-compliances, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 18–24 months experience as repeater tester.
• Experience in optical and electronic testing preferred.
• Must be able to pass a written, job related test.
• Experience with Windows applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs electro-optical tests on sub-assemblies, assemblies and finished products.
• Generates incident reports to track non-compliances in the testing process.
• Interfaces with manufacturing and quality departments.
• Follows safety guidelines and demonstrates safe work practices.
• Supports multiple production assignments and overtime as needed.
