Job summary

Achieva is seeking a Quality Specialist to support Achieva Support programs with the development, implementation, and oversight of quality initiative strategies to improve the quality of service delivery.

This role ensures compliance with Pennsylvania regulations, accreditation standards, and agency policies while promoting person-centered practices, continuous quality improvement, and positive outcomes for people receiving services.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s preferred in human services or related field and/or 2 years of experience working with people with disabilities.
• Effective interpersonal, motivational, and organizational skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Docs/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Achieva and Achieva Support policies, procedures, mission, and core values.
• Maintain knowledge of current county, state, and federal regulations, standards, and licensing requirements.
