Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Quality Assurance and Accreditation Associate to support Enterprise Quality and Accreditation Operations. You will analyze data, prepare reports, and assist in audits to maintain accreditation readiness and drive quality initiatives.

Working remotely, you will partner with leaders to improve workflows, train staff, track issues, and ensure regulatory alignment across the enterprise while upholding service excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Ability to document processes and maintain records.
• Experience driving quality improvements and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous quality improvement by identifying service gaps and recommending enhancements to workflows, processes, training, and documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement improvement plans based on identified issues.
• Coordinate with Quality and/or Accreditation Coordinators to address training needs uncovered through audits and data analysis; assist in developing regulatory training materials.
• Support team education by facilitating discussions, tracking issues and resolutions, and maintaining documentation.
• Conduct system testing for updates and enhancements to ensure quality and functionality.
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures through regular audits and reporting; ensure accurate documentation and regulatory alignment.
• Assist in accreditation readiness by collecting data and analyzing performance trends.
• Develop and deliver training on workflow processes, regulatory compliance, and system functionality.
• Serve as a subject matter expert by supporting team members in resolving issues and meeting deadlines, while staying current on policies and procedures.
