Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality Specialist - Service NPD to govern service procedures and support product launches. You will collaborate across departments to coordinate launches, develop serviceability processes, and manage documentation lifecycle.

The role involves audits, data analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years in quality assurance or related tech roles, with strong RCA skills

Responsibilities

• Validate systems for product launches to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate operations for product launches.
• Facilitate development of new processes to support serviceability of product.
• Maintain documentation lifecycle and documentation management.
• Audit processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Generate reports to support Quality and Engineering initiatives.
• Analyze data and document processes to visualize current state performance.
• Support Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the creation and rollout of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs).
• Upload and maintain documentation in QMS using standardized formats.
