Validate systems for product launches to ensure compliance with operational requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate operations for product launches. Facilitate development of new processes to support serviceability of product. Govern documentation lifecycle and documentation management. Perform audits using various processes to ensure compliance with company standards Generate reports to support Quality and Engineering initiatives Analyze data and document processes to visualize current state performance Support Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives Assist in the creation and rollout of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) Upload and maintain documentation in QMS using standardized formats Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and maintain standards
High school diploma or equivalent education 3+ years in quality assurance, technology Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Advanced Skills with Analytical software (Power BI, Excel) Skills with root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventative actions Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
