Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Quality Specialist - Service NPD to govern service procedures and support product launches. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Customer & Product Service to ensure compliance and smooth rollout.

The role emphasizes documentation governance, audits, data analysis, and KAIZEN-driven improvements; you will prepare Technical Service Bulletins and maintain QMS records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 3+ years in quality assurance, technology.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Skills with root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventative actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced skills with analytical software (Power BI, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Validate systems for product launches to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate operations for product launches.
• Facilitate development of new processes to support serviceability of product.
• Govern documentation lifecycle and documentation management.
• Perform audits using various processes to ensure compliance with company standards
• Generate reports to support Quality and Engineering initiatives
• Analyze data and document processes to visualize current state performance
• Support Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in the creation and rollout of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs)
• Upload and maintain documentation in QMS using standardized formats
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and maintain standards
