Amentum is seeking a Program Quality Manager / Site Safety Health Officer (QM/SSHO) to lead the Program Quality Management System and Site Safety Health Officer program. The role ensures compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and DoD/OSHA requirements, coordinating with global teams and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will manage quality, environmental, health and safety functions, drive continuous improvement, and report to Program leadership with actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; operations/quality mgmt focus preferred.
• Five years of quality and safety experience preferred.
• DoD or DOS program experience is a plus.
• US citizenship or facility credentials may be required.

• Lead and manage the QMS and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
• Oversee Site Safety Health Officer program and related policies.
• Audit development, reporting, and corrective actions tracking.
• Maintain safety policies and procedures across international sites.
• Coordinate with client and government representatives on safety and quality.
