Job summary

Capital One's Card Risk organization is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to lead the Quality Control Testing Program within the Well Managed transformation. This role requires strategic and tactical risk management, strong mentoring, and the ability to influence across business lines.

You will manage the quality control team, translate Enterprise Control Standard requirements, and drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance control maturity and performance metrics across the Card Risk

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Risk Management, Process Management, or Project Management experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance software tools.
• At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in Risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality control assessment team and daily operations.
• Translate Enterprise Control Standard requirements to multiple business areas.
• Oversee quality control process, methodology and performance metrics.
• Contribute to Well Managed and tester training programs to ensure compliance.
