Job summary

Kids for the Future in Morristown, NJ seeks a Director of Quality and Risk Management to lead agency‑wide quality programs and risk management. You will ensure compliance with PPFA standards, regulatory bodies, and state/federal regulations while working across medical and administrative departments.

The role focuses on enhancing patient safety, improving service quality, and reducing risk exposure by integrating quality improvement throughout affiliate systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Three+ years’ experience in a leadership role in quality and/or risk management and/or regulatory compliance.
• Valid driver’s license. Reliable transportation for required travel throughout the State of New Jersey.
• RN credential/licensure strongly preferred and Certification in infection control strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist CQO in monitoring the agency wide Quality and Risk Management calendar.
• Monitor health center compliance with PPFA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare for and respond to State, Federal, funder and PPFA surveys and oversee corrective action plans.
• Oversee licensing for Ambulatory Care and Laboratories; renewal and upgrades.
• Conduct chart audits in high‑risk areas and communicate deficiencies to staff.
