Malvern Behavioral Health seeks a Director of Quality and Risk Management for its South Philadelphia site at 1930 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19145. The role leads PI and RM programs, coordinates inspections and surveys, and oversees incident investigations and reporting.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in healthcare QA/RM, with preferred experience in Joint Commission accreditation and pediatric populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years healthcare experience in Quality and/or Risk Management.
• Preferred experience with Joint Commission accreditation and with Children/Adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Overses Performance Improvement and Risk Management programs.
• Directs inspections and surveys by licensing/accrediting bodies and managed care agencies.
• Leads incident investigations, reporting, and corrective plans as needed.
• Maintains PI and RM records and coordinates committee activities.
