Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey seeks a Director of Quality and Risk Management to lead the agency-wide QA and risk program, ensuring compliance with PPFA standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.

The role collaborates with the CQO and Medical Administration to implement quality improvements across health centers, coordinate surveys, and drive patient safety while supporting travel across New Jersey as needed.

• Attention to detail; ability to lead and follow processes from start to finish.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance and risk management in a health or nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist CQO in monitoring the QRM calendar and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee audits, surveys, and corrective action plans with health centers.
• Ensure licenses for Ambulatory Care and Laboratories are renewed and up to date.
• Coordinate billing and coding audits to improve accuracy and reimbursements.
• Travel across New Jersey to health centers and affiliate offices as required.
