Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Experience leading quality/risk management and performance improvement.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with agencies, accreditation, and hospital policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality improvement programs.
• Use data systems (PatCom, UDS, ORYX, Press Ganey) to identify improvements and generate reports.
• Coordinate risk management activities, incident reporting, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate care and address patient concerns.
