Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Experience in Quality and/or Risk Management with performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, and hospital policies; develop and maintain quality improvement programs.
• Assess regulatory and accreditation standards and coordinate surveys; provide organizational education on regulations and standards.
• Utilize tools (PatCom, UDS, ORYX, Press Ganey) to identify improvements, generate reports, and access external databases.
• Update and maintain hospital plans (Care/Scope, Leadership, Information Management, Utilization Review, Infection Control, Patient Safety).
• Oversee risk management activities, incident reporting, corrective action planning, and reporting to Corporate Risk Manager.
• Coordinate review, development, and implementation of hospital policies; communicate with departments to resolve patient concerns.
