Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• License or Certification as required by state regulations.
• Experience in Quality and/or Risk Management including performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospital-wide quality management program compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assessment and improvement programs.
• Coordinate surveys and education related to regulations and standards.
• Use data systems to identify improvement opportunities and report findings.
• Oversee risk management activities and incident reporting.
