Englewood Lab, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Systems & Compliance Coordinator to manage finished goods records, support CoA creation, and ensure timely, compliant documentation for OTC products.

The role requires careful document control, GDP knowledge, and strong communication with Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and customers. Onsite in Totowa, NJ, with standard full-time hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in quality assurance, document control, or records management in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate FG records collection, review, and reconciliation for OTC drug and cosmetic products.
• Follow up on missing or incorrect entries with departments to obtain corrections.
• Assist with CoA creation by compiling test results and batch information.
• Respond to customer requests with timely, accurate quality documents.
• Maintain quality trackers and update customer systems.
• Support quality investigations, line trials, and reports.
• Review customer samples and track approval status.
• Scan, upload, and label documents in electronic filing systems.
• Retrieve documents for audits and inspections; keep records audit-ready.
• Coordinate FG records, FG release, and FG CoA activities against deadlines.
