Responsibilities include scheduling QC inspections, handling non-conformances, and issuing certificates of conformance/manufacture/analysis. The position requires 5+ years in related industries and a life sciences or engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in cosmetics, medical devices, food, or pharma.
• Experience with inspection, auditing, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Data analysis and specification development skills.
• Strong computer literacy and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QA/QC and other departments on quality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of QC inspection requirements for materials and finished goods.
• Ensure QC reviews in manufacturing/construction areas meet specs and address non-conformances.
• Participate in in-house and external training programs.
• Conduct periodic analysis of in-process inspection programs and provide recommendations.
• Assist in interpreting customer specifications for assembly/packaging.
• Maintain ERP system and batch records/documents repository.
• Review batch records and inspection documentation for completeness and correctness.
• Coordinate on-site customer inspections and communicate disposition to Quality and Inventory Control.
• Ensure proper warehouse storage for finished goods, bulk, and raw materials.
• Assist in review and release of finished products.
• Perform supplier and vendor audits, mock recalls, and internal audits.
• Any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
