Job summary

Englewood Lab in Totowa, NJ is seeking a QA Systems & Compliance Coordinator to coordinate FG records for OTC drug and cosmetic products, support CoA creation, and assist with customer communications to ensure timely, accurate documentation.

You will oversee document control, maintain trackers, and support investigations, inspections, and audits while ensuring adherence to SOPs and ALCOA+ data integrity across records and systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in quality assurance, document control, records management, or admin support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Effective written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• FG Records Coordination: collect, review, and reconcile finished goods records for OTC drug and cosmetic products to ensure GDP compliance.
• FG Records Follow-Up: identify missing or incorrect entries and obtain corrections from departments.
• FG CoA Support: help create CoAs, compile test data, and maintain a CoA tracker.
• Customer Support: respond to customer requests with accurate documentation and timely replies.
• Quality Documentation: ensure accuracy and completeness of documents; update trackers and portals.
• Audit & Investigation Support: assist with investigations, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
