Job summary

Englewood Lab, Inc. in Totowa, NJ is seeking a Quality Assurance - Stability Associate to support the OTC drug stability program, working with the QA-OTC Drug Stability Coordinator and a stability technician.

You will maintain stability schedules, coordinate sample storage and shipments, and review stability data for trends while following cGMP, ISO 22716 and ICH guidelines. This full-time onsite role emphasizes data integrity and timely investigations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in science; required or preferred.
• GMP knowledge with 210/211 understanding; ISO 22716 familiarity.
• Experience in stability, QC, or lab operations is a plus.
• Strong documentation and data integrity practices (ALCOA).
• Proficiency with MS Office and lab systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the stability program schedule, pulls and shipments.
• Review and trend stability data for acts and deviations.
• Prepare stability reports and support protocols.
• Investigate stability-related deviations and CAPAs.
• Maintain audit-ready stability documentation and records.
