Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. seeks a Quality Control Engineer to monitor and audit manufactured goods and processes within the Value Stream and to perform QA functions.

You will review documentation to ensure QMS compliance, interact with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements with strong attention to quality records and customer communication. The role requires at least 3 years in a similar quality position, familiarity with ISO 9001, and proficiency with ERP/QMS/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field
• Engineering/Chemical Sciences background
• Certifications in Quality (e.g., CQE, CQT, CQA) are highly desirable
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar quality role with QMS
• Familiarity with risk assessment techniques and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ERP, QMS, Power BI, scheduling software
• Willingness to travel 10-20% for business requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for QMS, including admin, maintenance and continuous improvement of QT9.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and relevant regulations affecting quality systems.
• Monitor and oversee inspection activities to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Manage supplier quality activities including supplier qualification and audits.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, WIs, forms and related QMS docs.
• Train staff on quality and continuous improvement procedures.
• Integrate quality programs within the QMS for local/regional entities.
• Oversee disposition of nonconforming material and associated costs.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and CI across the organization.
• Coach and develop employees to support performance and accountability.
• Support safety initiatives and emergency readiness programs.
• Maintain records of inspections, audits and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on QMS performance and audit results.
• Maintain professional knowledge through training and industry research.
