Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to monitor and audit manufactured goods and processes across our value streams. You will ensure compliance with the QMS, assist with ISO 9001, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

This hands-on role requires documenting quality records and communicating with customers and suppliers. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Chemical Sciences, 3+ years in quality roles, and experience with ERP/QMS and

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemical Sciences or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality role with QMS implementation and maintenance.
Familiarity with risk assessment techniques and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for QMS including administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of QT9.
Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to meet quality standards.
Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Manage supplier quality activities including audits and supplier qualification.
Develop and maintain SOPs, WIs, and QMS documentation.
Train staff on quality, safety, and continuous improvement procedures.
Coordinate cross-functional quality initiatives across the organization.
Travel 10–20% as needed.
