Job summary

Q2 Management Inc is seeking an experienced Project Leader to oversee quality inspection projects at client sites across the United States. You will own project outcomes from start to finish and build strong relationships with customers.

Safety is our top priority, and you will promote a culture of honesty, care, and professional conduct while guiding Shift Leaders and crews. You will coordinate multiple sites, develop work instructions, maintain records, and travel within the operating region

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to foster a sense of control and composure under pressure.
• Willingness to travel within the operating region.

• Actively train and empower Shift Leaders to oversee daily routines.
• Encourage decision-making, guide teams, and validate outcomes.
