Job summary

Q2 Management Inc is a provider of Quality Inspection and Containment services to the automotive OEM supply chain. This role leads a team of quality inspectors at designated client sites, driving operational effectiveness and inspector performance.

Safety is the top priority, and the Shift Leader will run the shift, train staff, and ensure high quality inspections and timely data reporting. The role emphasizes coaching, tool preparation, accountability, and clear communication within the team

Responsibilities

Actively train and empower a team of quality inspectors, ensuring coordination and adherence to quality standards.
Validate Inspectors are prepared with tools and supplies for each Work Order.
Conduct validations per Inspector per shift to ensure instructions are followed.
Perform data entry and timekeeping for the team with accuracy.
Complete a pass-down report and provide data reports to customers after each shift.
Promote PPE compliance, safety, sign-in/out procedures and scheduling information.
Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members.
Maintain transparent communication with leaders and elevate customer concerns.
