Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Camden, NJ is seeking a Program Quality Engineering Manager to lead the Quality Engineering Team. You will drive the implementation and execution of program quality requirements across the lifecycle, partnering with program teams to ensure top-quality outcomes from proposals through support.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in hardware, software, and systems quality, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related STEM field.
• Experience managing a quality system in aerospace/defense.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet quality goals.
• Proven root-cause analysis and corrective actions experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and execution of program quality requirements across the lifecycle.
• Contract reviews and flow down quality requirements to suppliers and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain Quality Assurance Plans, budgets and cost commitments.
• Drive risk and opportunity reviews and Return to Green initiatives.
• Coordinate quality audits and maintain DCMA/customer relationships.
