Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Quality Program Manager to lead the Quality team for a production program within the MDCS segment. You will implement the program's Quality plan, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate multiple Quality functions across the product lifecycle.

You will drive root-cause analysis, manage quality metrics, and collaborate with engineering, production, and customers. A DoD Secret Clearance is required to perform this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Production/Quality Processes.
• Project Leadership experience.
• Root Cause and Corrective Action facilitation.
• Strong Customer Relationship Management skills.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality team for a production program within the MDCS Market Segment; implement the Quality plan and ensure compliance with standards and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate Hardware, Systems, Software, Supplier, and Production Operations Quality activities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Develop and manage the Quality financial scope and analyze quality performance data; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
