Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems Sector seeks an experienced Site Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead all program quality efforts in production, integration, and delivery. This role directly manages the program quality team and interfaces with the Leidos site quality team and external quality stakeholders, including the US Government Program Office and DCMA.

You will establish a quality strategy, drive AS9100/ISO9001 compliance, oversee inspection and corrective actions, and report KPI trends to senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline with 10–13 years of experience including defense/aerospace quality leadership.
• Proven experience with AS9100/ISO9001 systems, configuration management, and corrective actions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for interfacing with Army quality offices and DCMA.
• U.S. Citizenship required; eligible for Secret clearance.
• Experience with quality in defense and space manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program quality team in compliance with AS9100/ISO standards.
• Interface with US Government Program Office, customers, DCMA, and project office.
• Oversee inspection and test documentation and corrective actions.
• Drive KPI metrics and continual improvement initiatives.
• Ensure readiness reviews and audits are completed.
• Report to senior leadership on quality performance.
