Job summary

Melaleuca is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department and machine operators, ensuring safe, efficient operation at our facilities. You will work with all departments to support production goals and develop staff through coaching and training.

The role requires extensive mechanical knowledge, electrical controls expertise, and leadership experience in a fast-paced industrial setting. Comprehensive benefits and a longevity bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial setting.
• Strong electrical controls knowledge and machine operations
• Proficient with MS Office and document controls
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working in elevated areas
• Extensive mechanical fabrication knowledge including welding
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple work orders
• Demonstrated leadership and project coordination abilities
• 10+ years in industrial mechanical environments

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance department operations and machine operators
• Collaborates with all departments to support Melaleuca operations
• Develops and mentors coordinator staff
• Implements preventative maintenance procedures
• Develops lockout/tagout procedures and safety practices
• Installs and tunes equipment for efficient operation
• Manages maintenance schedules and approves timecards
• Evaluates and prioritizes work orders; supports production lines
• Researches process improvements and guides projects
