General Dynamics IT in Austin, TX is seeking a Quality Process Manager to ensure enterprise quality across Infrastructure Operations for VA programs. You will lead quality governance, develop plans, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, ITSM expertise, and the ability to deliver performance dashboards and corrective-action processes while engaging VA leadership for transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 years of experience
• Experience leading quality management, performance analysis, or process governance in enterprise IT environments
• Demonstrated expertise in establishing quality controls, evaluating compliance, and supporting federal performance standards
• Strong understanding of ITSM, service delivery operations, and enterprise-class process management
• Ability to evaluate technical documentation, deliverables, workflows, and operational outputs for completeness and accuracy
• Experience developing quality plans, audit artifacts, performance dashboards, and corrective-action processes
• Excellent written, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across service lines, technical teams, and federal organizations

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise quality management across Infrastructure Operations to meet VA performance standards
• Oversee quality governance, develop and maintain quality control plans
• Direct compliance reviews, validate documentation accuracy
• Ensure adherence to VA's technical, schedule, cost, staffing, and management metrics
• Partner with service line leaders, program managers, and technical teams to measure performance and reduce rework
• Manage enterprise-wide quality measurement systems and dashboards
• Identify risks, document resolutions, and coordinate cross-team process improvements
• Engage VA leadership to clarify expectations and provide visibility into performance trends
