Qualifications

• Experience leading quality management, performance analysis, or process governance in enterprise IT environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in establishing quality controls, evaluating compliance, and supporting federal performance standards.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, service delivery operations, and enterprise‑class process management.
• Ability to evaluate technical documentation, deliverables, workflows, and operational outputs for completeness and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise quality management across Infrastructure Operations and ensure deliverables meet VA performance standards.
• Develop and maintain quality control plans, direct compliance reviews, and ensure adherence to metrics.
• Measure performance, streamline workflows, reduce rework, and embed quality criteria across projects and services.
• Manage enterprise‑wide quality measurement systems, dashboards, and performance logs.
• Engage with VA leadership to provide visibility into performance trends and drive continuous improvement.
