Camaco is looking for a Quality Supervisor in Portage, Indiana. The role requires planning and directing quality activities, managing a team of Quality Inspectors, and resolving quality concerns. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Engineering, at least one year of supervisory experience, and three years in quality assurance, preferably within the automotive seating industry. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact product quality and employee performance.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in quality assurance.
• Experience in automotive seating.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and assign work of Quality Inspectors and Technicians.
• Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction using plant quality assurance methods.
• Respond immediately to quality concerns and develop corrective actions.
• Maintain discipline and morale among direct reports.
• Review scrap material and develop avoidance actions.
