Job summary

Camaco is looking for a Quality Supervisor in Portage, Indiana. The role requires planning and directing quality activities, managing a team of Quality Inspectors, and resolving quality concerns. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign work of Quality Inspectors and Technicians.
• Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction using plant quality assurance methods.
• Respond immediately to quality concerns and develop corrective actions.
• Maintain discipline and morale among direct reports.
• Review scrap material and develop avoidance actions.
