Job summary

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• Basic computer skills: MS Word/Excel; ERP experience desirable.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection tasks on switches and parts before shipment.
• Train production personnel in effective process control methods.
• Execute internal process audits and report findings to supervisors.
• Possess authority to halt nonconforming processes after notifying supervision.
• Communicate drawing discrepancies to Engineering and participate in customer inspections.
