Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a Quality professional in a manufacturing environment in the United States. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, warranties, KPIs, and corrective actions.

The position requires strong communication, confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with 5 years of Quality experience and a Bachelor's degree. Collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Operations is essential to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5 years of Quality experience.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft software programs (e.g., MS Office).
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the Quality Management System and processes aligned with global standards and customer needs.
• Elevate site warranty operations in collaboration with Sales and Engineering & Operations teams.
• Manage KPIs, outline and implement action plans for improvement.
• Define improvement actions with site quality team to support corporate QA initiatives.
• Resolve customer claims through root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Analyze customer contracts with Sales to reduce risk; negotiate letters when needed.
• Champion audits (internal, external, customer) and drive cross-site improvements.
• Engage in corporate quality initiatives and deliver comprehensive training across the site.
