Job summary

You will partner with Sales, Engineering and Operations to improve warranty performance, own site KPIs, drive data-based actions, and lead audits and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of quality experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate the site Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with global standards and evolving customer expectations.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to strengthen warranty performance, translating customer contract requirements into actionable quality strategies.
• Own site Quality KPIs—define targets, monitor performance, and drive data-based actions to improve results and customer satisfaction.
• Champion plant-wide quality improvement initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, implement solutions, and sustain results.
• Lead customer complaint resolution end-to-end, driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and long-term preventive measures.
• Guide contract and risk reviews with Sales to proactively reduce quality-related exposure and strengthen customer partnerships.
• Serve as the site audit leader—driving internal, external, and customer audits while building a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
