Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ years in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering.
- Hands-on machining or precision manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong GD&T, root cause analysis, FMEA, APQP and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting ISO/IATF/AS quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead investigation of production nonconformances and corrective actions.
- Drive process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support metrology strategy including CMM and inspection systems.
- Partner with manufacturing teams to improve quality performance.
- Champion root cause analysis and quality culture.
