Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to lead quality and process improvement efforts at our Albion, Michigan corrugated packaging facility. You will partner with operations, commercial teams, and customers to drive continuous improvement and ensure top-tier quality and efficiency.

You will lead audits, corrective actions, and data-driven improvements, while coaching teams and maintaining QA documentation. Travel up to 25% for customer visits and meetings within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or related field.
• Experience coaching and mentoring in a professional atmosphere.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Cause Mapping.
• Experience with quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement aligned with PBM principles.
• Own and manage plant quality documentation, standard work, and audit readiness.
• Lead quality systems, audits, and corrective action plans across the plant.
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Work directly with customers on continuous improvement, trial runs, and performance feedback.
